Bowel Cleanse: Using Prune Juice & Apple Juice

We suggest that you do this cleanse 1 day a week for 10 weeks.  It should cause you to have diarrhea for a day, so plan a day that you can be home all day, if possible.  It is preferable that you do it the same day of the week each time, but not mandatory.

In the morning start with 24oz (three 8 oz glasses) of prune juice.  You can put 1 tsp of cayenne pepper in the second 8 oz glass (optional).  When you have finished drinking all of the prune juice wait 1/2 to 1 hour.  Then…

Drink 32 oz of Apple Juice (unsweetened).

Do not eat anything until you have finished drinking all of the juice.  You may take the Supper-Lax, Herbal Colon Cleanser, and Tonic formulas as you normally would while you are doing this cleanse.

Your first meal of the day, which should be about mid-day, will be just fresh fruit (no bananas).  The evening or second meal is just fresh vegetables.

This cleanse helps to break down the old fecal matter that may be attached to the walls of the colon, and start removing it out of the body.
