I drink a lot of water with this natural herb weight loss product and have found that it works very well! I started on other Grandma's herbs and the Complete Body Cleanse on the same day and I think all of it combined helped me a lot! (was 137.6 lbs the first morning & 133.2 the second!) Obviously I really needed the Complete Body Cleanse as well... that decision was spurred on by an ambulance ride emergency room visit for pain in my organs and chest ~ a diagnosis not fully complete with high enzyme levels in my liver.

I like that this is NOT a soy product and is easy to digest and has eased me into taking other herbs which I very much need at this time.

I like the Chocolate, have not tried the Vanilla yet ~ but it will be great to have the vanilla (in the future)with fresh fruit added as well, and LOVE the very light taste of the Srawberry flavor! Even some fruits taste great with the Strawberry too! It has so much nutritional value that I will drink it with light meals as well. I am losing weight at a slower but steady pace now... but even more importantly I feel healthier and I KNOW I am getting the nutrients which I need. I am feeling lighter and have much more energy to do my exercises again.

I have tried other weight loss drinks before but without much success. They seemed heavier and harder to digest... so I am glad Grandma's Herbs has come out with this great nutritional product. I love it and I love the results!
