Ingredients:

Cascara Sagrada (bark), Psyllium (seeds), Senna (herb), Turkey Rhubarb (root), Aloe Vera (leaf), Barberry (root), Slippery Elm (bark)

Instructions:

Take 1 capsule the first night, adjust as needed to obtain desired results. Do not exceed 4 capsules per night. The goal is to have 1 or 2 comfortable bowel movements every day. One capsule may be all you need to get the desired results.
